The complete bakery plan from the kit, adapted for easy reading on your phone.
For the original NC301 / 16 oz. Three recipe batches need three compatible pints to freeze together, or one pint used on separate days.
Pick your three pints.
The original recipe directions stay free at their credited sources. Open each source before measuring.
Before freezing
- Label A cherry, B blueberry and C chocolate strawberry. Open the three recipe links.
- Set aside two separate 14 oz vanilla-shake portions for A and B. Set C's chocolate milk and protein powder apart.
- Give A and B two tablespoons of the specified vanilla pudding each. C uses its own chocolate-fudge pudding.
- Keep jam, crackers, wafers and frozen strawberry pieces in matching mix-in groups. Follow each source for storage and the later Mix-In stage.
All three references explicitly identify NC301. Use the source method for actual preparation directions; keep ingredient brands and choices in your recipe record.
One combined shopping list.

- A / Cherry pie: 1/4 cup graham pieces + 2 tbsp cherry jam belong to A.
- B / Blueberry cobbler: 4 quartered wafers + 2 tbsp blueberry jam belong to B.
- C / Chocolate strawberry: 1/4 cup chopped frozen strawberries belongs to C. Pound cake is an optional serving garnish.
The details worth checking
- 28 oz of vanilla shake covers two pints, not three. C uses low-fat chocolate milk plus protein powder.
- The four tablespoons of vanilla pudding are split two per pint between A and B.
- Whipped cream, extra fruit, additional wafers and pound cake are optional serving toppings. They are not included in the measured grocery totals.
Use your actual freeze time on the label. The example schedule is Sunday 6 PM to Monday 6 PM or later; the selected sources specify at least 24 hours. Keep the base level, obey MAX FILL, and check it against the NC301 guide before processing. A label records a batch, not a use-by date.
