What goes in

Make the pint

Combine softened cheese, sugar and flavor extracts; gradually whisk in cream and milk. Freeze the covered base for 24 hours and process. Make a roughly 1½-inch center well down to the bottom, add chips and run Mix-In.

Before you freeze

Use your model-matched pint. Stay below its MAX FILL line and freeze level for at least 24 hours. Follow the machine’s manual for assembly.

Vanilla appears in the standard ingredients but is omitted in that method; the Deluxe method includes it. Flag this editorial reconciliation rather than claiming a tested correction. Green coloring is optional, so natural imagery can be off-white with dark chips.

When will my pint be ready?

This adds 24 hours; it does not measure whether the base is fully frozen.
