Cookies & Cream
A little inspiration for your next freezer day.

What goes in
Make the pint
Blend softened cheese with sugar and vanilla, then whisk in cream and milk. Freeze the covered base for 24 hours and process. Put broken cookies in a roughly 1½-inch center well reaching the bottom; run Mix-In.
Before you freeze
Use your model-matched pint. Stay below its MAX FILL line and freeze level for at least 24 hours. Follow the machine’s manual for assembly.
Standard quantity is three cookies; the separate Deluxe version uses five. The recipe lists dairy, but cookie labels also need checking for wheat and other allergens.
When will my pint be ready?
This adds 24 hours; it does not measure whether the base is fully frozen.
